of silk, to be suitable to the market, to ensure the customers’
rights, we promote a strict quality-test regulation and a complete
quality assessment program in the procedure of quality control.
Our various products, especially silk products, have won a ready
market both in Europe and America.
In
the procedure of grade assessment, according to the unit of bolt,
we divide the products into eligible products (including 1st grade,
2nd grade and 3rd grade) and rejects. The various indexes judged
by the lowest grade of all the technical indexes.

Appearance test—which is according to the samples of the defects
of the original color atla etc., and includes the input test of
greige and the output test of finished products.

The input test of greige
① The input
of the greige must be tested according to the quality standard.
After passing the test, the material can be put into the production.
② The materials of the same serial
number or the same number of contract should be tested together,
except for a large number of materials.
2.
The output test of finished products.
The silk after finishing should be tested one by one according to
the national standard. After grading, the printed marks should be
hanged on the end of each bolt of the cloth. The assessment standards

The test of inner quality
To meet the demands of international market, we have introduced
a complete set of testing devices (for the details please click
Advanced Equipments). Each bolt of silk must be random sampling
at the rate of 10%; besides only those reaches the high-qualified
rate of up than 99% can be offered a testing report for entering
