Foaming
printing, velvet effect printing
Foaming printing, also called stereo printing, is a printing way
by chemically foam. The fabric can get colorful stereo relief sculpture
design; therefore, it is also called relief sculpture printing.
It possesses the advantages of simply technique, strong covering
ability and more vivid design. The procedures are as follows: allocating
mill base—printing—baking (foaming)—testing. It is suitable for
various clothing materials and decorations of cotton, terylene,
linen, silk and so on. Our products have suitable foaming height,
smooth surface, soft feeling, bright colors, good fastness, which
won a high reputation. Velvet effect printing’s chemical theory
and process procedures are similar to the foaming printing. The
only difference is that the foaming printed parts are replaced by
the velvet effect. Therefore, the fabric has the feeling of fine
hair. It is especially suitable for scarf and materials.
Gold powder and silver

Gold powder printing is the one printed
by the gold shiny designs after special processing. It can be printed
together with dye and dope. The procedures are similar to the general
silk printing technique, printing—dyeing—baking—washing—management.

Anti-crimple management

It is well know that silk has the advantages

setting agent, after a number of experiments. After the process
of influenced rolling—dye—baking—washing—dyeing, we reached this
goal. This new technique have met the demands of all the clients
and increased the profits.
